Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your PlayDate kit. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at returns@playdate.com with your order number and reason for return.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Product must be in original, unopened packaging
  • All items and accessories must be included
  • No signs of use or damage
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required

Damaged or Defective Products

If your PlayDate kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@playdate.com.

We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.

Note: Damaged items do not count towards the 7-day return window.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Opened clay or art supplies
  • Used game cards or pieces
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your PlayDate kit for the same item, please email us at support@playdate.com.

For any other exchange requests, please process a return and place a new order.
